No. However, because we begin production of your newsletter two weeks prior to sending, we require 30 days' written notice if you wish to cancel.

How do I pay for the service?

We set you up in our Freshbooks accounting system as a client and send a monthly recurring invoice which will be automatically paid using the credit card you enter the first time you pay.

How do I get started?

You can get started by completing our initial worksheet and sending us your logo, headshot, and email list. From there, we'll guide you through the process and ensure a smooth setup for your custom monthly newsletters.
